- Delivery is £4.99 on each item you order. Three items is three times the charge.
- Heavy items that go by pallet, such as tiles, are £99 for each pallet delivery.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 1-3 working days from dispatch. Remote areas and pallet deliveries may take longer.
Track your order
Every order moves through Order Confirmed, Processing, Dispatched, Out for Delivery and Delivered. We email you when it is dispatched with the courier and tracking number where there is one. You can also check your order here any time.
Check your delivery
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If any items are visibly damaged or broken, refuse the affected goods where you can and contact us straight away.
If you find damage, breakage or a fault after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, photographs and a description of the problem. We will investigate and arrange a replacement, a refund or another fair resolution.
The 48 hour period is the time we ask you to tell us within. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
Returning excess or unused tiles
You can ask to return excess or unused tiles within 14 days of delivery. For these returns:
- Tiles must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition.
- Tiles must not have been cut, fixed, mixed with adhesive or otherwise altered.
- Boxes should be complete and securely packaged.
- You are responsible for arranging and paying the return transport, including pallet collection where it applies.
- Refunds are made after we receive and inspect the goods, in line with consumer law.
Nothing here restricts your statutory rights, including any right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
