The £99 viewing fee is credited in full against your final bill if you go ahead with the work. You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of booking, as long as we have not already been out to you. Once the viewing has taken place the fee has been earned and is not refundable, whether or not you use us. Need to move it? Call us at least 24 hours before and we will put you in another slot at no extra cost.

Card payment handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. By paying you accept our terms and privacy policy.
